This recipe is super easy to make and my pups looove it! Not to mention it is super healthy!
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup of wheat germ 1 cup rolled oats
2 cups of dry milk powder
2 teaspoons of bone meal powder
Tsp salt
3 cups of water
4 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Up to 4 cups of cooked ground meat (or turkey or chicken)
3 cups of mixed vegetables (you may also substitute blueberries, or sweet potato, or combine all listed, just be sure that it is 3 cups in total)

If you don’t have oats you can replace them by adding another cup of the brown rice and vice versa. Dry milk powder and bone meal powder can be skipped if your dog gets alternate sources of calcium.

Preheat oven to 325

I begin by frying my ground beef, turkey or chicken in a pan.(Strain when done cooking) Use 2 pounds which will give you just about 4 cups.

In another pot, I start my rice.

Then in a bowl add all dry ingredients. When rice is done add the rice into the dry mixture.

In a separate bowl beat the eggs with the oil and then add that into the dry mixture along with the 3 cups of water and 3 cups of mixed vegetables.

You are going to need to mix this very well. To be honest, I usually end up doing most of the mixing with my hands. (Of course be sure to wash hands very well with soap and warm water before you begin to touch any of the food and be sure your counter tops are clean as well.)

Next I line my baking trays with parchment paper and I then use a spatula to place mixture on the sheets and I spread it evenly across the entire sheet. I try to make it no more than 1/4 inch thick because the thinner it is the crunchier it will turn out!

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until it gets golden brown.

And these are my baby's who love the kibble sooo much!
